Being the heart and soul of Swedish community and a meeting point for intellectuals, it became one of the capital’s most emblematic buildings. A particular favorite of Swedish royal visits and the place to be for writers like Cortázar, Sábato or Hemingway. Nowadays Casa Suecia remains its legacy in a space decorated by Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
